Explore Cozy Rooms at Fairhaven Guesthouse

In 2013, we converted the top floor of our house into a welcoming Bed and Breakfast. This dedicated guest space includes three comfortable bedrooms sharing a well-appointed bathroom. Guests also have full access to a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining room, and a cozy living room. We strive to provide a comfortable and peaceful haven where guests can relax and feel at home.

Our guests come to Charlottesville for many reasons. Some are history enthusiasts visiting Monticello. Others are academics lecturing at the University of Virginia. Some people come for the Festival of the Book, or the Virginia Film Festival. And there are many, many concerts, plays and other performances any time of the year. We also host those visiting for work, including traveling nurses, sales representatives, and prospective medical students. Whatever your reason for visiting, you can find a comfortable and welcoming place to stay here.
